Barcelona will face Valencia in the Copa del Rey semi-finals, while Getafe must beat Racing Santander to reach their second consecutive final.Barcelona have walked off with the cup on 24 occasions and they will be hoping to lift it again for the first time since 1998 after dumping out Villarreal on Thursday. Valencia knocked out Atletico Madrid.

Getafe lost to Sevilla in last year's showpiece and will be hoping to expunge those painful memories this time around.

But first they face a Racing side dreaming of making history after reaching their first ever cup semi-final thanks to a 5-3 aggregate win over Athletic Bilbao.

The first legs will take place on February 27 and the return matches on March 19.
