Blackpool have signed goalkeeper Pavels Steinbors on loan from Latvian outfit FK Jurmala and midfielder Stuart Green from Crystal Palace.Steinbors is initially on loan at Bloomfield Road until the end of the season, but the Seasiders have an option to make the move permanent should he impress.

Long-term target Green has signed an 18-month deal with an option for a further year while Blackpool are also hoping to receive clearance from the FA and the Football League to sign Manchester City striker Paul Dickov on loan.

All three players could potentially make their debuts against Leicester at Bloomfield Road on Saturday.
