Lennon in line for Chairboys bow

Fri 01 Feb, 06:01 PM

Wycombe boss Paul Lambert has no fresh injury or suspension concerns for the trip to Accrington, while Neil Lennon should make his debut.Veteran midfielder Lennon joined the Chairboys from Nottingham Forest on transfer deadline day in a deal until the end of the season.

Defender Mike Williamson made his comeback for the reserves on Wednesday night after being ruled out since last February, initially due to a long-term ankle problem which was followed by a hand injury he sustained in training last month.

It will, however, be a further month before the 24-year-old is ready for his first-team return as he works on his fitness, while fellow defender Will Antwi and goalkeeper Scott Shearer (ankle) remain long-term absentees.

Defender Craig Woodman and striker John Sutton came through Tuesday night's 1-0 defeat to Dagenham unscathed after being forced off due to concussion in last Saturday's 1-0 win over Chesterfield.
