Celtic star Scott Brown is relishing the prospect of a trip to the Nou Camp after missing out on the first leg of their tie with Barcelona. The former Hibernian player was suspended for the visit of the Catalan club and had to sit helpless in the stand as his team-mates were given the runaround in a 3-2 defeat at Parkhead.
Barca are firm favourites to progress through to the quarter-finals but Brown is not giving up yet.
He said: "I am looking forward to the game against Barcelona.
"It's every young boy's dream to play at the Nou Camp in front of a full house. Hopefully we can go over there and try and score a goal or two and see how it goes."
Barcelona's preparations appear to be overshadowed by ongoing speculation suggesting head coach Frank Rijkaard is set to take over from Avram Grant at Chelsea.
Grant has come in for criticism following Sunday's Carling Cup final defeat by Tottenham and not for the first time, Rijkaard is being linked to Stamford Bridge.
Celtic manager Gordon Strachan claimed minutes after the defeat by Barcelona he would not put his house on his side overturning the result at the Nou Camp.
And Strachan, who bemoaned the recent Scottish weather and its negative impact on his ability to carry out his coaching duties, does not think any tension surrounding Rijkaard offers his side a shaft of light on Tuesday.
He said: "I would like to see a shaft of light here in Scotland, full stop.
"Any shaft of light would be fantastic here at the moment. But it's players (not coaches) that play."
Meanwhile, defender Mark Wilson has received the all-clear from renowned surgeon Dr Richard Steadman after a trip to the USA.
The former Dundee United full-back had an operation in September on the knee injury he picked up in a Champions League clash against Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine.
Wilson made a substitute appearance in the second half of the game against Barcelona before flying back to Colorado for an assessment.
He is set to challenge new signing Andreas Hinkel for the right-back slot on Tuesday.
