Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling admits his side are mentally tired, but is determined not to let his players' minds start wandering.Orient's play-off bid looks all but over after three straight defeats, but Ling does not want to let the season peter out as he looks to build towards the next campaign.
"I'm sure my players are as fit as they have been all season. It's more of a mental thing," he said.
"We've now lost three games on the trot and we don't look like turning draws into wins as we did earlier in the season.
"We've got to brush ourselves down now because we've got four big games coming up in April, and as I keep saying, I don't want the season to drift.
"It's been on the drift these last three games and we need to do something about it."
