Swindon goalkeeper Phil Smith intends to use Tuesday's Wiltshire Premier Shield clash with Chippenham as a chance to "impress".The Robins stopper has been forced to play second fiddle to Peter Brezovan for much of the campaign but sees the semi-final second leg as a chance to stake his claims for the number one jersey.
He told the club's official website: "Tuesday night is one we are looking forward to. It's a game at the County Ground and at the end of the day all I can do is go out and try and impress.
"We had a good training session on Monday. It was a sharp session as well as a little game and some shooting, so it was decent.
"I will go out, play my game and then just see what happens."
