Chesterfield have offered three members of the Spireites' youth team professional contracts.Goalkeeper Dan Whatsize, midfielder Dan Gray and forward Ben Alger have all impressed Spireites manager Lee Richardson this season.
Alger made his first-team debut for the club in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat to Hartlepool in September.
