Wrexham have announced that sponsors Leasedirect Finance Ltd have extended their shirt sponsorship of the club for a further two years. The Dragons were relegated to the Blue Square Premier League two weeks ago and boss Brian Little has already admitted that he will be making major changes to the playing staff in the closed season.
But this deal - extended to the end of the 2010/11 season - will net the club a total of £250,000 in extra revenue for the length of the deal.
Paul Buchanan, Leasedirect's managing Director told the club's offical website: "We are confident that the club will bounce back into the Football League, and we see no reason as to why we shouldn't continue to back Wrexham towards this goal."
"Wrexham, the only major football club in the locality, is a focal point for the passions of a great number of people."
Anthony Fairclough, Wrexham's chief executive, added: "They have shown their true commitment to the long-term future of this football club and to give Brian Little the best possible platform for gaining success as quickly as possible."
