Preston boss Alan Irvine has praised his side for keeping their play-off bid alive until the final day of the season.
North End looked dead and buried after losing at home to Blackpool last month but they have since gone on to win their next three games.
Irvine's men could yet sneak into the top six if they beat QPR at Deepdale on Sunday and other results go in their favour.
"Everyone said it was all over when we lost to Blackpool," said Irvine. "I said after the game that we'll keep going and keep fighting, and we have done.
"It's amazing that we're still in with a chance. It's a slim chance, but it's a chance."
