Championship trio QPR, Watford and Preston are believed to be ready to test Blackpool's resolve by making summer bids for Kaspars Gorkss.The Tangerines defender impressed hugely in the Championship last season, scoring six goals and helping Simon Grayson's troops avoid relegation.

Now Gorkss is attracting interest from a host of clubs, with big-spending QPR, the Hornets and the Lilywhites at the front of the queue looking to sign the tenacious 26-year-old.

Blackpool have already insisted they want to keep Gorkss, but they could find it hard to turn down a substantial bid for the impressive Latvian.
