Andre Greipel of Team Columbia-High Road won the main event of the Neuseen Classics in Leipzig, Germany.

German Greipel finished in four hours, 23 minutes, 52 seconds to edge compatriot Heinrich Haussler of the Cervelo team into second place, while another German, Sebastian Siedler of Vorarlberg-Corratec, was third in the 190.7km race.

Defending champion Steffen Radochla of the Elk Haus team finished down in eighth position.

The event's other races were won by Sandro Kuehmel (130km), Silvio Knop (70km) and Andreas Kling (30km).
