Fulham have been rocked by the news that striker Diomansy Kamara reportedly faces six months out with ruptured knee ligaments.Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson is believed to have been ready to sell Kamara this summer following a disappointing season in the club's relegation battle, which was ultimately successful.
The 27-year-old was recruited from West Brom last summer for £6million, but only made 17 Premier League appearances, scoring five goals.
The Senegal hitman now faces a long spell on the sidelines after rupturing knee ligaments while playing for his country.
Fulham have yet to confirm the prognosis, but the Daily Mail claims Kamara will go under the knife this week.
