Wales Under-21 midfielder Nicky Adams has joined Leicester after rejecting Bury's offer of a new contract.Adams, 21, who was out of contract but will command a transfer fee as he is under the age of 23.
Should the two clubs fail to agree a fee, a Football League tribunal will determined how much the Foxes will pay the League Two club.
Leicester boss Nigel Pearson told the club's official website: "Nicky is a player who I like a lot and I am delighted to have been able to bring him here.
"He can play anywhere across the middle of the park and he has got a real eye for goal. I see him very much as a player with a big future ahead of him."
