Glovers boss looks at quintet

Yeovil boss Russell Slade will run the rule over a quintet of trialists this week as he bids to bolster his squad before the upcoming season.Slade has invited midfield trio Emmanuel Francoise, Patrick Noubiss and Gavin Tomlin, goalkeeper Pierre Antoine Martini and striker Anthony Mason to train with the Glovers in an attempt to earn permanent moves to Huish Park.

"We've invited the lads up to join us for pre-season so we can have a good look at them," Slade told the club's official website.

"Pre-season is always an interesting time and you'd be surprised at the activity that goes on during this period.

"I hope the lads will have the opportunity to shine and give a true indication of their ability."
