Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso says he needs time to reflect on his future after admitting he has "no idea" where he will play next season.Juventus are reportedly tracking the Spain international, but rumours have suggested that talks between the Serie A giants and Liverpool have stalled as Reds boss Rafa Benitez seeks the best price for his in-demand star.
Alonso, 26, has explained that he needs to take a step back from the speculation in order to contemplate his future as the achievement of securing Euro 2008 glory settles in.
"I've no idea [what the future holds]. Right now I'm just thinking about going on holiday, sitting back and relaxing," he told Guillem Balague's official website.
"We all need time to sit back and think about what we achieved and to take it all in.
"I'll be able to think about all that has gone on and what's going to happen regarding my future later on.
"We'll see what happens when I get back."

let him go to buy four players to last the whole season.alonso is injury prone and a waste of time.

Why do we have to let quality player in the like of Alonso leaving. There's no harm to the club even with Barry coming in. We are supposed to strenghten the club, not giving talented players leaving. What do Rafa have already. Nothing...escept for that 2 unknown defenders. If Rafa needs to sell...there is Crouch, Kuyt, Pennant, Voronin who didn't make the cut last season.
If Rafa lets Xabi go, it will be possibly the biggest mistake ever. One of the best passers in the game, 3 times the player Gareth Barry will ever be.
Totally crazy to let a talent like alonso go,although not great last season surelly hes better than that overrated and over-hyped Barry.Barry £15 mil??? what a joke!!! If hes that money Alonso's £50 mil.Liverpool need a Left back left side midfielder(quality) and a top class striker(Villa).Oh and Chrouch should be kept,what the hell did he do wrong last season???
