Striker Lee Thorpe has signed a new six-month contract with Rochdale and will now return for pre-season training on July 5.The 32-year-old was out of contract at Spotland this summer after arriving from Brentford in January. He played eight games for Rochdale, scoring one goal, but his season ended prematurely with a broken arm on the way to Darlington in the play-off semi-final first leg.
