Swansea have been told Ferrie Bodde does not know when he will return to the Liberty Stadium by the player's representatives, saying the club reneged on an agreement to meet the player last week.
The Swans have turned down an undisclosed offer from Bolton for Dutch midfielder Bodde, 27, who failed to show up for pre-season training with the rest of new manager Paulo Sousa's squad.
A spokesman for Bodde told the Swansea Evening Post: "Swansea are using bad words against Ferrie and yet they know exactly why he wasn't at training.
"We made an appointment with the chairman Huw Jenkins and we thought he would come over to Holland last weekend.
"We spoke to him about that last Friday, but the appointment did not happen and now the chairman is unreachable.
"We wanted to speak with him before Ferrie came back to Swansea, but that did not happen. At the moment I cannot say when he will return."

@#$% Bodde , We have a great talent in Joe allen .. Allen , pratley and leon would be my first choice anyway . Sell Bodde ... the reason why we demanded so much for Bodde isnt because he is worth 5 million , its because we have to pay his former club 50% of any future transfer fee .. so that 5m equates to 2.5m therfore a fair valuation of the play for us . Swansea were a better team last season after he got injured anyway
bodde he will be better moving to derby county which he will get on with new players
we will get 3 point in the bag first game up the rams we will be better that forest this season
Looks like Leicester have 3 points in the bag playing Swansea at home , first game of the season !!!.. I think they are in turmoil !!!
The manager has unsettled everything, (but thats success) Swansea were the best footballing side last season. I myself fear the same fate as a Doncaster fan.
Hopefully your new manager can keep it going, the top players are going to move on, thats football. you still have a good team..Keep stuffing the bluebirds!
All the best.
HO HO HO YOU ARE GOING DOWN HO HO HO
Get rid of Bodde and Scotland while other managers still credit them inflated values - take the money. Bodde is a big Dutch fairy and Scotland fat, lazy and old. For the sake of team harmony Sousa get rid of this trash and replace them with players who want to play for the Swans.
another one jumping a sinking ship say hello to div 1 ha ha ha
SAME NONSENSE AGAIN I WISH THESE PLAYERS WOULD STOP DISRESPECTING THE FANS AND TEAMATES GET THEM OUT WELL DONE THE BOARD TATE BRITTON OLEARY LEGENDS
Same as anyone else, great player he may be but if he doesn't want to play for us let him go. Don't want players unsettling the dressing room, never going to be enough money because of sell on clause, but he's shown his hand before and we've paid him whilst injured and still no loyalty.Sousa will know what to do, and I'm sure he'll replace him if given all the proceeds of the sale(wouldn't mind him digging out his own boots).
NEWTON IMT
Great player , but once again another over achieving Swansea city member who wants bigger and better things .... if he cant be bothered to turn up then sell him..... we dont need players who are not commited !
bodde must be kept what ever money is offerd for him, same with rangel & scotland
