Nottingham Forest have agreed to sign Bristol City striker Dele Adebola and Liverpool winger Paul Anderson.

Adebola, 33, turned down a new contract at Ashton Gate to move to the City Ground, with the two-year deal set to be finalised on Wednesday.

The experienced frontman was named as City's Player of the Year last season after scoring 10 goals.

Forest have also signed Anderson from Liverpool on a three-year contract in a deal worth £250,000.

The 20-year-old winger spent last season on loan at the City Ground, making 28 appearances after missing the early part of the campaign through injury.

He scored two league goals and impressed with his speedy performances and ability to operate on either flank.

Earlier this week Forest signed David McGoldrick from Southampton.
