Come on u spurs u can beat those barca boys
harry will get some good players and will finish in top 4
Just remember, this will start as harry's team, i will be surprised if we keep anyone who lacks commitment or desire and am QUIETLY confident that we will at least start the season well, however the fixtures have not been too kind C O Y S
My worry is that like every other year, we end up buying players (with much hypes and promises) who turns out to being only a mediocre asset to the team. As a fan you always want to point fingers and say this is the root cause and this, that and others...but with the team's finance being 10th richest in Europe the team doesn't really match that fact and reputation. Why is that? Maybe it's because of that financial security that the players felt too safe and did not perform their 100%, I really don't know...? I'd want to hear that it's not down to the individual players but they certainly lacked in confidence as a team for a good half of the last season. They are quality players but perhaps a little ego had little to do with their confidence too? I think significant improvements came with the arrival of Harry who put discipline and regulations to the team. But it was just down to the players to perform their best and I guess they did their best they could to climb from the bottom to finishing at middle of the table.
We all know that Spurs are capable and can do better but there is a need for improvements by bringing on new players to the team. One aspect they ought to think about is that we DON'T really need a player who likes to be in the centre of attention like Ronaldinho was at Barca. What'd be ideal is a player who can show a true captaincy who has good team building skills to add systematic spice and pride into the team.
No player’s been brought in yet but I'd like to hope that they are struggling to find someone who is an instant asset to the team.
Just think - The EPL has not yet even started but yet if you look at the EPL table - Spurs are already struggling
Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha
Get used to it LOSERS!!!!
no players signing because of the mess they would have to wear lol
last year we never came out of the starting blocks, if we have a decent start who knows where we will finish this year , less negative and more positive please you lilly whites .
I think Spurs Have a good team at the moment. What's missing is a strong midfielder- or a couple to work with Modric.
No-one with ambition will join spurs,as without european exposure there careers are on hold
Quite disappointed to see Spurs yet to spend on quality players - I feel if they buy few, I believe Spurs will become mid-table team. Other teams, Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Everton and Man City are strength their team - I believe they all will be above Spurs unless we get good signings soon! We have not good quality midfields yet and not count attackers enough - will make Spurs to struggle again like last season - I don't want that happen again - look we start two tough matches - Liverpool and West Ham! West Ham signed some good players so we must not underestimate them!!!
Get on and keep on the winning streak, winning builds confidence and as any Spurs fan will know last year we played with no confidence. Look at Bentley he was Beckhams sucessor but now I would still take Beckham anyday. The basis of a squad is there but take 3/4 players out and we are down to reserves coming in hoping they do a great job. I would love to see Jamie O'hara go on to be a full English international but lets face it there are many better than him and he is what we put on the pitch....(Sorry Jamie not a personal dig at you if you reading) When our opposition are putting out better players we will lose and with all the changes in management what do you expect. I would like to see a steady ship for a few years and at least see the team building like it was under Martin Jol. But above all that Thank you Harry for keeping us up it must have been the easiest job you had with an amazing pay packet. The team should never have been there which is why you knew it was an easy job to take. I done blame you but please keep up the good work you have started and lets see the wheeler dealer Harry as we need some special players on the cheap.
"We've been linked to about every player in the world.." Ah, but who by?
THE TIC WILL BEATS U ANYWAY
CMON THE HOOPS
..idiots.
ARE WE BUYING PLAYERS THIS PRE SEASON , OR ARE WE JUST WINDOW SHOPPING ,WEVE BEEN LINKED TO ABOUT EVERY PLAYER IN THE WORLD , WITH NO RESULTS , COYS GET SOME IN
We always do well in pre-season matches, and flop at the start. So yes, i'm all for a bad pre-season
I Agree...Lose all...WOEFULLY!!!!!!!! Then we'll be more prepared for the season
I agree entirely with Is this the Bestway
Lets lose all our Pre-Season games and then win in the league, not like last year. COYS
Might Be First
