@ 3D - Cheers, been a United fan all 19 yrs of my life­ :) but i would say getting a good player on the left is­ more important, i mean giggsy has proved he can fill­ the role of playmaker for a couple of seasons still -­ yeah he's getting on, but he should be aple to play­ 60-70mins regularly in the centre. i think i would play­ anderson in the middle with him - he's good at­ tracking back and tackling plus he's strong, and­ he's good running forward with the ball (just needs­ to score now, eh?) - but i cant see nani or tosic being­ able to play regular 1st team - suppose we shall see­ come next season, there's still plenty of time to­ make more signings!

Ronaldo's first season he scored 6 in 40 games, not­ exactly prolific. Valencia is not a direct replacement­ for Ronaldo, just like Ronaldo wasn't for Beckham­ and Beckham wasn't for Kanchelskis. Valencia will­ be more of a goal provider with Rooney and­ Berbatov/Benzema taking more of the goals.
