Bundesliga - Dortmund 'to move for Bendtner'
The 23-year-old has been at Arsenal for four seasons but has never managed to fully establish himself in the Gunners' first team, scoring just 22 goals in 98 Premier League appearances.
Despite that, the big centre-forward has been courting interest from Bayern Munich and Sporting Lisbon as well as Dortmund, and has stated on several occasions that he would be interested in a move away from the Emirates Stadium.
Thomas Bendtner, who is his son's agent, toldSporten.dk: "There is an interest from several German clubs. I can confirm that Borussia Dortmund wish to buy.
"Unfortunately, I can't comment if there has been any negotiations between Dortmund and Nicklas, or Dortmund and Arsenal."
With Cesc Fabregas, Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy all set to leave the club this summer, Bendtner's exit would be yet another blow for beleaguered Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who last season saw big-spending Manchester City beat them to third place in the Premier Leagu and consign the Gunners to entering the qualifying round for next term's Champions League.
