Grimsby chairman John Fenty has confirmed the club are seeking to make at least one more signing before the start of the new season.Alan Buckley has already strengthened the Mariners' squad with the additions of Robbie Stockdale, Richard Hope, Matt Heywood and Chris Llewellyn, but Fenty revealed another attacking option has been targeted.

He told the club's official website: "Alan's continuing to look for an additional player, a midfielder-cum-forward, and hopefully before the season starts we'll have a new addition.

"The overriding objective is to get a promotion, and I'm sure the side will be raring to go come the start of the new season."
