Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastien Frey has pledged his future to the club.

The France international has signed a contract extension which will see him remain in Florence until 2013.

The 28-year-old had been linked with a move away from the Artemio Franchi stadium this summer after an impressive season with the Viola.

Frey recently confirmed he turned down an offer to join Italian giants AC Milan.

Fiorentina will play in the Champions League this season having finished fourth in Serie A last term.
