Leicester goalkeeper Jimmy Nielsen has been told he can leave the club on a free transfer this transfer window.
The Danish shot-stopper is tired of being third-choice at the Walkers Stadium and is seeking a new side before February 1st.
"The fact that a new club would not have to pay a penny in transfer fee helps me a lot so I'm happy that Leicester made that decision", former AaB keeper Nielsen told TV 2 Sporten.
"I will be looking for a Scandinavian club, preferably a Danish SAS League club, but probably not AaB as they already have a goalkeeper", the 30-year-old former Millwall trainee added.
Nielsen only joined Leicester in the summer but the signing of Martin Fulop relegated him to the reserve team.
