Wolves new boy George Elokobi says he feels like he has won the lottery after completing a dream move to Molineux from Colchester.The defender, 22, signed on deadline day for Mick McCarthy's side on a two-and-a-half year deal from the U's.

And he told the Wolverhampton Express & Star: "I'm absolutely delighted - it's a great move for me. It feels like I've won the lottery.

"I feel like I'm the happiest man on the planet right now to be playing for Wolves and I hope I can repay the faith that the manager has shown in me.

"Everything about Wolves says it is a Premiership club and I just hope I can play a part in getting them there now.

"It is a great club and Mick McCarthy is a great manager too, so it feels like the perfect move for me."
