Mansfield manager Billy Dearden thought his League Two strugglers did enough to record their fifth straight away league win at Wrexham.The bottom-of-the-table clash finished all-square after Michael Proctor's free-kick cancelled out Michael Boulding's fortunate opener for Mansfield.

Dearden said: "I am disappointed because I thought we deserved a win. I am also disappointed with the free-kick because it missed everyone.

"We were comfortable at 1-0 and even at 1-1 we had some half-chances to win it. It wasn't the best game in the world, it was very scrappy but their crowd got behind them and that lifted them when they needed it."
