MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (AFP) - Manu Ginobili scored 30 points and Tony Parker posted 26 to power the San Antonio Spurs to a 96-94 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday.
Michael Finley chipped in 11 points while Tim Duncan had just seven points and nine rebounds for the Spurs, who improved to 18-4 against the Eastern Conference in winning their eighth consecutive National Basketball Association game.
After Charlie Bell converted a layup with 20 seconds remaining to give the Bucks their first lead of the fourth quarter at 94-93, Ginobili answered by nailing a 17-foot jumper with 13 seconds left to put the Spurs back in front.
Ginobili stole the ball from Bell on the next possession following a timeout, prompting the Bucks to foul Parker, who hit 1-of-2 free throws to increase the lead to 96-94.
Michael Redd scored 25 points and Andrew Bogut added 17 and 15 rebounds for the Bucks, who saw their three-game home winning streak come to an end.
