Colchester striker Clive Platt has reassured Us supporters that he will not be looking to jump ship once relegation to League One is confirmed.Geraint Williams' side are heading back to the third tier after two seasons in the Championship, and could be sent down by local rivals Ipswich on Saturday.
But with a 10,000-seater stadium due to open at the start of next season, Platt insists the future is still bright for the Essex club.
"Colchester United is a great club, and we have a new stadium to look forward to for next season, as well as hopefully some improved training facilities to come," he said.
