CSKA Moscow 74-76 Olympiacos
Olympiacos caused a big shock in the night's first game with a 76-74 victory in Moscow thanks to a two-point buzzer beater from Lynn Greer.
The win means that the Greeks will make the Final Four with a win in Athens on Thursday.
Qyntel Woods top scored for the visitors with 20 points while Greer had 19 points and six assists.
Matjaz Smodis had 21 points for the Russians, who paid for a slow start as they fell to defeat despite outscoring their opponents 22-14 in the final quarter.
