Luton defender Jake Howells has signed his first professional deal with the club.
The 18-year-old made 36 appearances for the Hatters in the recent League Two season and was named as their young player of the year.
Howells, who made his debut on the final day of the 2007/08 season, has signed a two-year contract at Kenilworth Road.
