Northampton Town have signed out-of-favour striker Leon Constantine from League One rivals Leeds United on a free transfer. The 30-year-old arrived at Elland Road from Port Vale last summer but struggled with injury - including a broken arm - and went to Oldham on loan in March.
Constantine has scored 81 goals in 199 career starts and 46 substitute appearances.
Leeds boss Gary McAllister told the club's official website: "I've spoken with Leon and like a number of players I can't guarantee them regular football.
"Leon is at a stage in his career where he needs to be playing regularly and hopefully this move will enable him to do that."
