Peter Jackson has hailed the arrival of Frank Sinclair as a "major signing" for Lincoln, and believes he will quickly become a crowd favourite.The 36-year-old former Chelsea, Burnley, Leicester and Huddersfield defender penned a one-year deal at Sincil Bank on Tuesday.
Imps boss Jackson has now lured six new signings to the club this summer, but is in no doubt as to how significant the capture of Sinclair will be.
"He's a major signing," said Jackson.
"He'll be good for me on and off the field. He's a real character. The lads will love him and the supporters will love him.
"Having someone like Frank Sinclair come to Lincoln has opened everything up for me and I'm also pleased for the fans."
