Bath have appointed Dave Guyan as their new team manager.
The former Saracens manager succeeds stand-in Martin Haag, who has joined the RFU as a national academy coach.
He said: "I am from the West Country originally and have a strong affiliation to the club. The opportunity came for me to move back closer to home and to continue my career at a club steeped in so much history."
