Ligue 1 - Diawara set for Marseille

Senegal defender Souleymane Diawara is set to leave Bordeaux for Marseille.

"There is an agreement in principle but the move is still pending medical tests, Marseille said on their website.

The player will then sign for four years.

The transfer fee is expected to be about six million euros.

  1. Yep great player.. good move by Marseille.. you know­ what man... Marseille are quietly doing well in this­ transfer.. they got Lucho the other day a great player­ for Porto and now him. They should get in my opinion­ Patrick Veria who is looking for a move back to France­ to try and get a spot back on the French team. He would­ add a little needed experince in the middle and help­ Lucho out alot.
