Alan Bowkett has been appointed as the new chairman of Norwich City, while two more directors have also taken seats on the board.
David McNally, the club's chief executive, and Stephan Phillips have been appointed alongside Bowkett, who resigned from his role of chairman of construction company Redrow earlier this week.
In a statement the club's major shareholders Delia Smith and Michael Wynn Jones said: "The foundations are now in place to enable us to get to where we want to be.
"This new board is very experienced and ambitious and now it's all about getting on with the job."
Mr Bowkett said: "Our task at Norwich is a simple one - we must start winning football matches. It will be the board's responsibility to ensure that we have the appropriate resources to do that, both human and financial."

the problem is delia says she is a fan but beside bringing in huckerby and then letting that idiot roeder force him out of the club what has she done to improve things at carrow road, yes i know she has invested money but do we need a hotel with function rooms and corporate facilities which gives nothing to the team,we still let the best go,keep the @#$%(lappin) and dont sign anyone you have heard of.i still dont get the point of why we hired peter grant who was useless, just to replace him with tripe, new board same @#$%,good luck gunny you will need it
What a bunch of codswallop. More money thats gonna be pissed away. We need more board members like an Effin hole in the head. Reduce the overhead operating costs of the club by reducing the number of executives and extra hangers on and put the money towards players. If they arent investing they have no place on the board. Agreed with most of the above. Another @#$% up by Delia and her hubby. When is this nightmare gonna be over? Not that I'd wish death on anyone but come on...............
Did you say distruction company, another couple of hanger ons,Norwich need someone who will invest so the club can go on to better things,Div 2 here they come, what another glorious board @#$%-up,
good to have fresh faces on the board but still desperate to get new faces on the pitch really do need to hear some news about that pretty soon lets hope the board can now inject some much needed cash into the transfer fund fingers crossed
got to be better than we had we need a fresh look at all things norwich city , time will tell!
Delias yes man
Construction company . . . foundations in place, very good - just need to make sure that what Delia whips up is not all froth or bubble and squeak.
Will the new chairman cement his place and build a relationship or perhaps allow the defence to bypass everyone to prevent attacks sliproading into the goal . . . ??
Sorry, couldn't take it seriously.
