Norwich manager Glenn Roeder has vented his frustration at the red tape which has prevented him from fielding his strongest side in pre-season.Strikers Arturo Lupoli and Omar Koroma and defender John Kennedy have all arrived at Carrow Road on loan but are awaiting official clearance to make their debuts.
Roeder said: "Lupoli wasn't involved in the Spurs game and he won't be involved against Colchester either because of international clearance.
"Obviously we are pulling out all the stops to try and make sure that he's ok for next week at Coventry.
"I'm pretty annoyed at how long these international clearances have been taking.
"We brought these players here to play and that's what we're paying them for."
