nasri im my opinion is the best value for money. Only­ 4m pounds up and looks to give a huge impact on the­ premier league as a top scorer. Chelsea are lucky to­ get deco but i dont think he will match the premier­ league and could be another flop for chelsea like­ shevchenko.
