Turkey Under-21 striker Sercan Yildirim has revealed his delight after claiming Manchester United have made contact regarding his availability.
The Bursaspor youngster, valued at £5 milllon, is considered one of the country's promising players and has produced some eye-catching performances so far this season.
Yildirim, 18, is joint top-scorer of the Turkcell Super Lig with Galatasary striker Milan Baros having found the net four times in as many matches.
"Manchester United have been in contact with my family and the president of my club - that makes me very happy," Yildirim said.
The hitman has made a total of 12 appearances for Bursaspor in the Turkish top flight, scoring five goals since making his debut last season.
His four this season have helped Bursaspor into second place in the league after five matches played.

you tube lol you can watch him on you tube he is a good player but why are the managers now looking on you tube has blackburn rovers started something here get your videos on there as you never know newcastle might even sign you or if your really lucky you might get signed by spurs!
