Preston defender Neil Collins has urged his team-mates to put the disappointment of their draw against Crystal Palace firmly behind them.
The Lilywhites missed the chance to move into the Coca-Cola Championship play-off places as they were held to a deserved draw at home.
And Collins is looking for a response at Watford.
He told Preston TV: "You look at these games and you obviously think these are the kind of games you need to win if you want to be in the play-offs. But it just wasn't to be.
"That's the way it is sometimes in the Championship, you can't take anything for granted and you move on. We didn't get beat we got a point so we go to Watford now and we need to win that game
"I think four points against Palace and Watford would be a good return so we've made it harder for ourselves as we'll have to go get the three points away from home."
