Stockport striker Peter Thompson has urged his team-mates not to let their heads drop as they aim to turnaround their season.
County are on a dreadful run of results, having lost five of their past six games.
They currently lie just two points outside the relegation zone but Thompson is confident they can propel themselves back up the League One table.
He told County TV: "The breaks aren't really going for us, they're going against us. But we'll have to keep our heads up, move onto the next game and try to pick up the points there
"We'll just have to stick together and keep plugging away and hopefully things will turn around for us. We're just not getting the breaks at the moment. Hopefully down the line that will change.
"I think if you work hard enough for long enough then you'll get the rewards in the end."
