Yang and Lee share Grand Cypress lead
Amy Yang and Seon Hwa Lee both shot five-under-par rounds of 67 to share the lead on the opening day of the LPGA Tour Championship at Grand Cypress, Florida.
Yang (pictured) was helped to her score by an eagle on the par-5 11th, while Lee fired six birdies in a solid showing.
Paraguay's Julieta Granada was on her own in third place, two shots back, while veteran English star Laura Davies was in a four-way tie for fourth place when play was suspended with a handful of golfers left out on the course.
World number one Jiyai Shin struggled to a five-over-par 77 after dropping four shots in the last three holes.
And Japanese star Ai Miyazoto and defending champion Anna Nordqvist both had nightmarish days, opening with an 80 and an 81 respectively.
