MK Dons chairman Pete Winkelman insists that manager Paul Ince has taken his experience as an international player into management.Ince was named League Two manager of the month for December and Winkelman believes that Ince's ability to adapt tactically throughout a game has been the difference for the Dons this season.
He said: "The award was well deserved. We have picked up some very important points this month which have given us a real opportunity to make sure that we are where it counts come May.
"He is showing his experience as a top-class player by being able to change the course of a game throughout the 90 minutes and has stopped those who say they know how to play against us.
"We are looking really good and even winning games when we're not playing so well.
"Paul has kept developing the team and kept answering the questions which are asked of him."
