Sun 03 Feb, 05:31 PM

Huddersfield manager Andy Ritchie saluted some "determined defending" from his side after they inflicted a 2-0 defeat on Yeovil.Luke Beckett opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Terry Skiverton had handled in the box, before the experienced striker set up Michael Collins for the second.

He said: "That's the third successive clean sheet - a fact my goalkeeper Matt Glennon has been drawing attention to in the dressing room.

"But we knew this was a difficult place to come to. Not many teams get results here and we had to do some determined defending early on.

"Players like Robert Page were putting their bodies on the line and Glennon himself made a few good saves.

"At the other end Luke Beckett had a good game and could have had a hat-trick."
