Oxford will be without the suspended Damian Batt for their npower League Two clash with Barnet.

Defender Batt serves the first game of a two-match ban after accumulating 10 yellow cards over the course of the season. Andy Whing will continue to deputise at right-back while new signings Mark Wilson and Scott Rendell are expected to make their debuts after joining on deadline day.

U's manager Chris Wilder continues to be without Tony Capaldi. The veteran, who has yet to feature for Oxford this season after arriving from Morecambe in the summer, has been sidelined for up to two months with a knee problem.

And Wilder will also be missing striker Tom Craddock, who has been ruled out for between three and four weeks through injury.

The U's go into the game looking for their first home victory in four League Two matches.
