Ciaran Toner will miss the second leg of Grimsby's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Northern Area Final against Morecambe at Sincil Bank on Tuesday.The Mariners midfielder has been sidelined for the last two matches due to an ankle injury and is not expected to be back in contention for another fortnight.

Manager Alan Buckley, who made five changes for Saturday's convincing 4-0 win at Morecambe, must decide whether to recall those players he rested .

Striker Peter Bore will be hoping to retain his place in the side after firing a double on Saturday, while defender Justin Whittle and Gary Jones are in contention after both returning to the side over the weekend.

The two sides will clash for the third time in seven days at Blundell Park, with Grimsby holding a slender 1-0 advantage from the first leg.
