Serie A strugglers Reggina have sacked coach Renzo Ulivieri following Sunday's goalless draw against Palermo. The result left the Amaranto second from bottom of the table, three points from safety.
Reggina have managed just four wins from 26 games so far this campaign, and are still waiting for their first victory away from home.
A statement from the club read: "Reggina has decided to dismiss coach Renzo Ulivieri and wishes to thank the coach and his staff for the work done so far."
The strugglers are set to name Ulivieri's successor in the next 24 hours.
They travel to the San Siro on Saturday to take on Serie A leaders Internazionale.
