Robin van Persie could make a shock return for Arsenal in their Champions League clash at AC Milan after boarding the plane to Italy on Monday.The Dutchman has endured an injury-plagued campaign, and has not featured since January 9, but Arsene Wenger is happy van Persie has sufficiently recovered from a thigh problem to be in contention for the second leg of the last-16 clash at the San Siro.
Emmanuel Eboue - who can play in Europe despite his domestic ban - was also on the plane as part of the 18-man squad which left Luton Airport this afternoon.
