Hull boss Phil Brown has beaten Alan Irvine, Neil Warnock and Mick McCarthy to win the Championship Manager of the Month award for March.Preston's Irvine, Crystal Palace's Warnock Wolves chief Mick McCarthy were also in the running, but Brown scooped the accolade after guiding The Tigers to third in the division.
Hull suffered two defeats last month but they won their other six games and Saturday's 3-0 victory over fellow high-flyers Watford put them within one point of the automatic promotion places.
Brown has been delighted with his side's recent performances and is now looking to push on in the final five games of the season.
"It was a massive result (against Watford) and the fans are starting to believe, starting to dream a little bit," he told Sky Sports News.
"We've got a good group of players and there's a lot of experience in the changing room as well.
"There's a lot of pressure on but we are going to enjoy the next five games.
"The players are firmly focused on what we are trying to achieve."
