Cheltenham manager Keith Downing has revealed he is already in the process of building his squad for next season despite in only being April.Downing confirmed he will be giving trialist Gavin Rothery a second outing for the reserves and the Robins boss has promised further new faces in the second-string teams between now and the end of the campaign.

"We're going to have another look at Gavin Rothery and there will be some more trialists in the reserves next week," Downing told the club's official website.

"I've made a conscious effort to try and have a look at some players for next year and the last few reserve games will give me an opportunity to do that."
