Wayne Rooney wants to end his career at Manchester United and is ready to sign a new contract with the club.
The 23-year-old moved to Old Trafford for £26million in 2004 and still has three years remaining on his contract.
He is quoted in The Sunday Telegraph as saying: "I am happy here and I'd sign a new contract at any time. I want to stay at this club for the rest of my career. I will sign an extension any time the club wants me to."

If my employer was paying me £100,000 per week I would sign a contract with them until I was sixty five let alone until 35years of age

Glad shreck wants to stay, hopefully he can show the rest of his team mates how to collect yellow cards, and vidic can do the same with the red ones........
Such loyalty, and from a player who obviously knows he could march right into any club! Rooney is a great player, and Man Utd have got a big asset in him
I'm an Aston Villa fan....but credit where credit is due...ROONEY is a fantastic player, both for Man U and England...Skill, aggression, loyalty and a "never say die" attitude.....I'd say to Rooney, stay at Man U. An exciting player at an exciting club.
A fantastic football player a credit and a asset to Man United and a asset to England.

We love the way you play, Rooney!! You're the best, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
COME ON UNITED on Tuesday!! Score a goal, Rooney!!
'sirstevejones15' you have an extremely serious problem!
If I thought you were capable of being helped - I'd advise you to get out from beneath the rock, where you so obviously live - and go to get yourself a mouth and brain transplant!
good for him he's a good player who scores quite a few good goals shame about his nickname though that is really horrible
